Lymphatic Drainage

Lymphatic drainageThe Lymphatic system helps to maintain the correct fluid balance in the tissues and blood. It conserves protein and removes bacteria and other cellular waste products.

Since the lymphatic system has no pump like the heart to propel it's waste, it requires massage-like action of the surrounding muscles to stimulate the lymphatic flow.

This has the benefit of removing lactic acid and other waste from the body. It’s an excellent way to support a sluggish lymphatic system and useful for the relief of lymphodema.
