"I am now taking a further step in the process of dedicated work towards communion with my Soul. This Sacred Journey is a personal commitment to my Self to understand my purpose in life and do profound service as a ‘Living Soul’ "
To achieve this goal the following preparation and requirements need to be fulfilled.
1. Physical fitness to fully participate in all Yoga exercises and jogging is required. There will be some static and dynamic exercises introduced that will require additional fitness. We suggest that one month of ‘Salute to the Sun’ and the Asanas taught should be practiced prior to attending this course.
2. There will be two days of complete silence and three days extended periods of silence during breaks leading up to it. This means that during class discussion communication will be pertinent only to the work necessary for the process. No personal discussions and interaction may be indulged in amongst any of the participants under any circumstances during these five days. This is a necessary part of the process for your personal focus and the quietening of the mental and emotional bodies.
3. These nine days are for your focus on your own Soul. Partners and couples that come must realise that they will refrain from any interaction related due to this relationship. Sleeping accommodation will be as we, the facilitators, decide is necessary. While your comfort is assured the facilities must be accepted as provided.
4. Participants are required to refrain from the use of any type of unprescribed drugs and tobacco at least one month prior to attendance. The use of alcohol and stimulants including caffeine need to be stopped at least one week before you arrive here. Your whole system must be clear of these addictive chemicals prior to attendance. These issues have been addressed in the Living Soul Residential and the progress you have made since then becomes the necessary position from which you will benefit as you take this further step ‘Towards The Light’. Please ensure that these articles are not brought on to the premises. If you are on special medication please inform us at the time of application for your booking.
5. This invitation is an opportunity for those who have continued their efforts to move further towards their personal and spiritual growth. While some of the requirements may seem restrictive, to some, this is to acknowledge your growth and provide the space for your next quantum step towards your Light and Service. For those who feel they are unable to fulfil these requirements we welcome them to repeat “The Living Soul” as many of you have already done. The ‘Living Soul’ is the clearing and processing stage and preparation for this next step ‘Towards The Light”
Your written consent and application to accept our invitation will be taken as your acceptance of this Mission Statement. Any contravention of these requirements at any stage could result in the termination of further participation without any refunds.
